I am enquiring about my payslip or personal file

Please contact your company payroll administrator who will be able to assist you.

 

 

I can’t access my payroll details

Due to the Privacy Act, we are contractually obliged to only deal with your company payroll administrator. We recommend that you contact them who will be assist you with your enquiry.

 

 

I have lost or want to change my password

If you require a password reset to access your locked account, you can request this through your company payroll administrator.

 

 

I have a technical issue with the MyPay app

In the first instance we suggest you contact your payroll administrator for assistance. If you continue to have technical issues, then please email: answers@netpay.co.nz

 

 

I am no longer employed with my most recent company and have an enquiry about my last pay or personnel related details.

Due to the Privacy Act, we are contractually obliged to only deal with your company payroll administrator. We recommend that you contact them who will be assist you with your enquiry.

 

 

I would like a copy of my previous payslip.

These e-payslips are password protected and due to the Privacy Act we’re not permitted to disclose your password.

We recommend that you make contact with your company payroll administrator who will be able to provide you access to your private personal information.

 

 

I am receiving payroll slips or details that are not mine.
